All project estimates are provided free of charge following an initial on-site consultation.
Estimates are based on the scope of work, materials, and project goals discussed during the consultation and site assessment.
Final project costs may be subject to adjustment based on structural findings, changes in material availability, client-requested scope modifications, or unforeseen site conditions.
Any changes to the agreed project scope will be discussed openly and documented in writing before additional work is undertaken.
Ekman & Associates Construction is committed to transparent, honest budgeting. We do not proceed with cost-impacting changes without your knowledge and approval.
4. Communication Consent
